"Together We Record"

1. "Together We Record"

Welcome to the Church Clerk Convention: Together We Record—a sacred gathering where ministry meets administration, and legacy is built through shared learning, peer support, and collective wisdom. This convention is designed to uplift and equip church clerks through dynamic breakout groups, heartfelt storytelling, and inspiring testimonies. With a focus on training, systems, and leadership development, attendees will engage in hands-on workshops, explore policy updates, and gain practical tools for tech integration. United in purpose and faithful in record, we celebrate the vital ministry of those who serve behind the scenes—because together, we rise, together we serve, and together we LiftUp lives.


WHO ATTENDS: 

Local Church Clerks, Sub Clerks, Associate Clerks, Secretaries, Elders, Pastors, Church Board Department Leaders.


2. The Boxboro Regency Hotel (MUST CALL TO BOOK HOTEL SEPARATELY)

Room Rate: $85.00 per night

Registration includes: Convention materials + four meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner; Sunday brunch)


3. EVENT DETAILS & REGISTRATION:

Friday to Sunday event access; includes entrance to one opening session, general sessions, eAdventist demo training, graphics design for clerks, troubleshooting sessions, Exhibit Halls, and church clerks' Workshops.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:

Registration for the Convention is $170 per person. Hotel accommodations are available separately for $85.00 per night. (MUST CALL TO BOOK HOTEL SEPARATELY).

Early bird registration opens at 6 p.m. EST on Monday, November. 10 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025.

Early Bird SABBATH ONLY registration for the Convention is $135.00 per person.


Registration includes: Convention materials + three meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner)


STANDARD REGISTRATION:

$210 per person

Registration rates begin at 8 p.m. EST on Thursday, December 18, and end at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, January 6, 2026.  (MUST CALL TO BOOK HOTEL SEPARATELY).


Standard Registration: SABBATH-ONLY registration for the Convention is $150.00 per person.

Registration includes: Convention materials + three meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner)


ONSITE REGISTRATION:

$245 per person does not include hotel costs, which must be paid separately.

On-site registration rates will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026

4. Program Highlights

Registration and Badge Pickup

On-site registration and badge pickup are located in the lobby of the Boxborough Regency Convention Center.

Lost your badge? Visit registration for a replacement ($15). Associate Clerks must be accompanied by their church clerk or pastor.   

Early-bird pricing expires on December 17. The deadline for refunds for those unable to attend the Church Clerk “Together We Record” Convention is also December 17, 2025. Refunds will not be given after December 17, 2025.


You can earn a certificate for attending the 2025 Church Clerk “Together We Record” Convention through the Southern New England Conference Secretary Department of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Visit this link to learn more and to register for the graduate certificate.
