Keeping It Real: Youth & Young Adult Mental Health Day

Morning Session: 11am-1pm

Develop a deeper understanding of depression, anxiety, trauma, and psychosis. Learn practical steps to address them in a timely manner. 

Afternoon Session: 2-4pm

Dating - challenges, solutions, and the impact on spiritual and mental health. 

Sessions include presentations and small group discussions.
