The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative and organizational support to the ExecutiveSecretary of the Southern New England Conference. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with church policy in managing membership records, communications, meeting logistics, and Secretariat operations.

5.Processing Employee Retirements and Background Checks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Administrative support experience.
2. Bilingual - English & Spanish/Portuguese (preferred)
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable eAdventist (preferred).
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5.Must be a baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in regular standing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
2.Experience in church or nonprofit organizational settings.
3.Knowledge of NAD/SNEC Working Policy and church governance structure.

WORK CONDITIONS
1. In-office presence is required four days per week (38 hours) in South Lancaster, MA.
2. Travel up to 20% out of the month for the SNEC territory activities.
