The Bridgeport Spanish Church attracted four community members and many church members with their free workshop on Sunday, January 22, titled “Keys to Manage Your Personal Finances.” Presenter Daysy G. Usedo, an accountant who is a church member, provided participants with biblical foundations on money management, tithing and giving offerings, as well as tools on how to manage money wisely and create a balanced monthly budget using the 50/30/20 rule. Participants practiced the skills they learned by creating a budget sheet based on their monthly income, helping them to identify where they need to make adjustments to acquire financial success.
