Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Instructional Designer to collaborate with subject matter experts – primarily Pastors – to transform their knowledge into engaging and effective online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to restructure written content into well-organized eLearning materials, demonstrating strong English writing skills and a keen eye for clear communication in instructional formats.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Pastors and Subject Matter Experts to understand core learning objectives and translate their source materials into structured eLearning courses.
Design and develop eLearning content, including interactive elements, assessments, and supplementary learning resources.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with overall learning goals.
Employ creative strategies to effectively present theological content in online formats.
Stay updated on best practices and new technologies in eLearning design.
Qualifications:
Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Eagerness to learn and adopt new technical tools with guidance and support.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
